*Group Exercise not your thing?  New to the working out, or have lofty fitness goals?  Get workouts and nutrition tailored to your specific fitness goals.

All sessions are one hour long.  If you are a beginner,  you may expect the first few weeks to be primarily dedicated to learning proper form and increasing flexibility to properly perform exercises.  Once you are proficient in all of the basic lifts, you will participate in a fitness assessment to determine the proper volume and intensity to start your training.  The fitness assessment portion typically takes 1-2 sessions to complete.

Once you begin your training, the session will start with a quick overview of what will be covered in that workout followed by a 5-10-minute dynamic warm-up/mobility routine.  The workout itself will be 40-45 minutes in length followed by a 5-10-minute Yoga/stretching cool down.
