This program is designed with NEW EXERCISERS in mind. Become proficient in foundational or primal movement patterns such as squat - push – pull – lunge - bend and twist using a combination of LIGHT weights and your own body weight. PERFECT for those who are new to strength training or have been out of the game for a while.
Hybrid Strength
Designed to not only BURN FAT and SCULPT LEAN MUSCLE but also develop AGILITY along with EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH and POWER. Ideal for athletes or anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. NOTE: Functional Movement Screen and/or Lifting Fundamentals is a prerequisite for this program.
