Do you ever feel like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done? You want to get fit but don’t have the time to sift through all of the fitness information out there to figure out what you should be doing? You know you should be doing some Cardiovascular Training, Some Strength Training and even some Stretching and Mobility work but how that looks exactly has you scratching your head.
Not to worry. I have been in your shoes. In fact, I came up with the idea for Hybrid Strength – Martial Arts – Yoga while attending college full time and working full time. When I first started out on my fitness journey some 14 years ago, I thought it was pretty cut and dry. Eat X number of calories and do (Insert workout) and get X result. I quickly found out that fitness is much more nuanced than that. Through trial and error, I began to piece together a training philosophy some of which is included in this program.

Mondays at 6:00 pm and Saturday at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
